August 18-22: Robotics Camp & Arts Camp

This is not food related, but this school has allowed us to use their facility several times to show children’s health DVDs, so I am including it here as a service to local members, and as a service to this wonderful organization that has worked tirelessly to bring fun and empowering learning opportunities to children of Lane County.

The Eugene Sudbury School is offering two summer day-camps and an Open House this month!

But you do not need to bring children or be a parent to attend!  This is an excellent introduction to the dietary causes and prevention of cavieties.  It is suitable for anyone who is concerned about tooth decay, and would be a great one to invite friends to come attend.  It has been very popular when we have shown it before.

IMAGINE.

Imagine a child raised according to the nutritional wisdom of our ancestors. This child grows up free of the common ailments and diseases that we currently take for granted. This child’s strong, white teeth grow in straight – and free of tooth decay. This child is attentive and engaged, and can learn easily and readily because of optimal brain development. This child is energetic by day and sleeps soundly at night. This child has a strong immune system, does not experience childhood illnesses or allergies, and has a stable, cheerful and optimistic disposition.

NOT REALISTIC?

Come see NOURISHING OUR CHILDREN a dynamic presentation in order to learn how your child can experience his or her birthright – radiant health and wholeness.

Children's Health DVDs!

We only got 7 responses to this poll last month, which is not enough information to make a decision on.  Please let us know!  Vote YES if you would like if you would like to see these DVDs or NO if you would not come. Thanks!

We have been considering adding a series of DVDs focused specifically on Children’s Health. We would like it to be accessible to parents with young children, so I have arranged with my son’s school to host the events. They have a great facility, with play areas for children that will be available during the DVD.
