What do these disorders have in common? And how can eating nutrient-dense foods such as those found in GAPS Diet help cure the incurable? This talk will focus on the role the gut plays in bringing the body to a place of ease, setting the stage for healing of many very different disorders. We will discuss key dietary aspects of the GAPS Diet along with other modalities for healing the gut and the mind.
