For this first meeting we will discuss a brief overview of what a ketogenic diet is. And since this is a Eugene Chapter, Weston A. Price event we will then delve into how to combine Wise Traditions principles with a ketogenic diet. We will always support using real foods and traditional food principles for your ketogenic journey (what I call being a “Wise Traditions Ketonian”). And finally we will discuss the format for this meeting and where you would like the group to go in upcoming months.
I would also like to choose our regular meeting day/time. If you are interested in attending on a regular basis, but cannot attend this event, please email us with feedback for choosing a day and time.
I’m looking forward to this event and to meet other WAPF Keto people. I’ve been doing keto since Oct 2017 and never felt better and have lost not only tons of weight and inches but pain, inflammation and other health ailments. I’m hosting a keto support group in Florence, OR but we are moving to Eugene next week and will look forward to doing more w/ WAPF folks.
