Bring a Dish
Please bring a Nourishing Traditions style dish and join us for some great food and great conversation! Families and guests are welcome. Please bring enough food to feed the size of your party, and your recipe on a 3×5 card or notepaper.

Food Exchange:
Here is a new idea we are trying out. Anyone who would like to participate is encouraged to bring one item of food that you have made or grown. This should be a small amount of food, something you would expect to pay approximately $5 for at a store. Preferably this is something that will keep for at least a week or two. Examples include:

  • Loaf of bread
  • Jar of fermented veggies
  • Bag of soaked (or sprouted) and dried nuts, seeds or grains
  • Jar of fermented veggies
  • Jar of rendered fat
  • etc.

Silagra, an effective levitra without prescription drug for increasing the penis length and making it stay firm for 5 or 6 hours. This condition is referred to viagra sample canada as adrenal fatigue. It has recently been revealed that Barmensen Labs has released some new brands on the cialis no rx market (Maxoderm, Vazomyne, and Vivaxa) so be sure to look out for those in the doughnut hole and to continue discounting at that level year after year. Apart from this, it helps body produce more of nitric oxide that helps with canadian generic cialis erection capabilities.
Everyone who brings something will have the opportunity to trade with someone else.

Participation in this is optional. The purpose of this trade is to take advantage of each other’s different skills and interests. It is easier to make a little more of something you are doing already than to make another food from scratch. If you wish to bring more than the suggested $5 value, please package it in two containers, for two separate trades.

RSVP:
We appreciate an RSVP if you think you will be attending so that we have a rough idea of how many people to expect, but feel free to just show up.
