Come to the potluck and meet Megan Stevens, owner of Vanilla Jill’s in the Whiteaker neighborhood, and author of the cookbook, “Eat Beautiful, grain-free, sugar-free and loving it”. You can read her blog at http://eatbeautiful.net/. She will speak to us about how to make tasty food that you can enjoy eating even though it’s wholesome and nutritious! She uses a whole foods approach and will provide us with a delicious treat from her recipe book, and tell us how to make it. We invited her to bring copies of her cookbook to sell and sign for us.
