Well, I goofed up…. I thought I’d sent this out last weekend, but it turns out I hit the wrong button and just sent it to myself! So here we go, this time I will make sure it goes out to everyone!

Friday, July 25th – The Popcorn Review DVD Showing: Transitioning Your Family to Nutrient-Dense Foods Quickly and Practically in a Manner that Won’t Break the Budget
Sarah Pope shares a simple, three step plan that she has used for over 10 years in her local community as a Nutrition Educator for quickly transitioning the entire household (even picky eaters) to the most important nutrient dense foods with no complaining! This is a great presentation for people who are new to this way of eating!

We need hosts for our upcoming potlucks and DVD showings. Potluck hosts provide a space to meet (outside is great in the summer time), DVD volunteers simply need to plop in a DVD at the Market of Choice at the appointed time.
