Children’s Health Series:
As part of our Children’s Health DVD Series the Eugene Chapter, WAPF will be showing the DVD “Cure Tooth Decay”.  The Eugene Sudbury School has kindly agreed to allow us to use their new facilities to show DVDs.  Children may play in another room while parents watch the DVD.  We have shown this DVD before, and it is always a hit, don’t miss it!  And if you aren’t familiar with Eugene Sudbury School, Check out their website: eugenesudburyschool.org They are a K-12 private democratic immersion program, and they also offer after school and summer programs.

Potlucks:
We had a great turn-out for the March potluck and fermentation demo, so I’ve decided to continue with another food demo.  I’ll demonstrate making Mayonnaise (using eggs from Laughing Stock Farm).  And then, Paul Atkinson has agreed to give us an introduction to Laughing Stock Farm.

If you are a farmer who would like to give a short presentation about your farm at our upcoming potlucks, or if you would like to recommend a farmer to come speak to our group, please contact me (email Lisa: info@krautpounder.com).  Our potlucks are regularly scheduled for the second Monday of each month.  We are booking upcoming spaces now.

Insomnia DVD:
We will show the final DVD from Julia Ross at our April Popcorn Review DVD Showing.  The turn-out for these DVDs has been great.  Please join us to learn more about enjoying a good night’s sleep.

Wise Traditions Regional Conference comes to Portland:
For the first time ever, the Wise Traditions Conference comes to Oregon!  We hope many local people will be able to attend this special event.
