Fill Your Pantry, November 18th!

Don’t miss your chance to stock up on staple and storage crops, and support local farms.
When: Sunday, November 18th, Noon-4pm
Where: Sprout!, former church at 418 A Street in downtown Springfield
If you plan to purchase 25 pounds or more, we encourage you to order ahead! Online pre-orders accepted now thru Nov 13.

Products available include:
Dry beans (black, pintos, and many heirlooms), lentils, garbanzos, whole grains and flours (wheat, rye, buckwheat, spelt, teff, oats), corn (polenta, corn meal, popcorn), wild rice, flax seed, winter squash (butternut, delicata, hokaido, sweet meat, sunshine, sugarloaf), carrots, beets, potatoes, garlic, cabbage, apples, Asian pears, applesauce, frozen and dried blueberries, honey, and hazelnuts (in the shell).

Farms that will be selling:
Camas Country Mill, Diamond Hill Farm, Honey Tree Apiaries, Honor Earth Farm, Lively Organic Farm, Lonesome Whistle Farm, McKenzie River Organic Farm, Open Oak Farm, Running Wild Rice, and SLO Farm.


A Night of Bliss!

Featuring endless Coconut Bliss sundaes …. yum!

When: Saturday, November 17, 7-10pm 
Where: Eugene Hilton, 66 East 6th Ave

The good folks at Coconut Bliss have chosen Willamette Farm and Food as one of two non-profit beneficiaries of their 2012 Night of Bliss. We will share proceeds with Artists 4 Action.

Don’t miss this family friendly bliss buffet extravaganza. Celebrate, get blissed out, and support WFFC!

Live music, kids zone, beverages, and savory snacks (to balance the sugar) by Cousin Jack’s Pasties, Holy Cow Cafe, and Falling Sky Brewery

Sliding Scale Suggested Donation: $10-$25 per person or $25-$50 per family
