We have some exciting plans for this summer! The Eugene Chapter is planning some food preparation classes! Right now the tentative plan is for them to begin in late July, going every other week for a four-week series. Tentative dates are: July 30th, August 13th, August 27th, September 10th. We plan to cover an introduction to the Weston A. Price Foundation principles, fermented fruits, vegetables, and drinks, sourdough bread, organ meats, healthy fats and oils, dressings and sauces, and more! Details will be posted in this newsletter as we confirm our plans.
