Eugene – Local & Green Conference
The Eugene Chapter staffed a table at the “Eugene – Local & Green Conference” in October. Thanks to everyone who helped or stopped by our booth, and welcome to the new people who signed up for this newsletter. I was able to attend several sessions on the “Community” topic. I thought it was wonderful to hear from so many people who are working to connect their local communities. This is why I live in the Willamette Valley, I love that people get together to talk about these important issues!
Bumper Stickers, Buttons and Books!
As a result of tabling at the conference, the Eugene Chapter has bumper stickers, buttons and books available for a limited time. We need to send the extras back to The Weston A. Price Foundation headquarters at the end of the year, but until then if anyone would like to take advantage of this opportunity please come to one of our events.
We will also be running a special on Nourishing Traditions. Pick one up at our local events, it will make a great gift for the holidays!
