Wise Conversations for WAPF Members

This comes to us from the Weston A. Price Foundation, with a special meeting for members.

WISE CONVERSATIONS FOR WAPF MEMBERS

Our next Wise Conversations Zoom meeting is July 29 at 2:30 pm ET with guest Sally Fallon Morell covering #4 and 5 of our 11 principles of Wise Traditions diets; in summary:

  1. All traditional cultures cooked some of their food but all consumed a portion of their animal foods raw.
  2. Primitive and traditional diets have a high content of food enzymes and beneficial bacteria from lacto-fermented vegetables, fruits, beverages, dairy products, meats, fish and condiments.

As WAPF members you are invited to join this casual online gathering and must register in advance. If you would like to submit questions for Sally, we have to receive them by July 23. Email them to wiseconversations@westonaprice.org.

To prepare for this session, we recommend listening to the podcasts on these 2 principles:

10 WEEK IN THE KITCHEN COOKING SERIES

This series is not produced by WAPF but we thought our members might be interested.

Robin Shirley, busy mom of two babies and founder of Take Back Your Health, has been teaching nutrient-dense cooking classes and leading health retreats for ten years.

She is teaching a 10 Week Take Back Your Health IN THE KITCHEN Cooking Series focused on using nutrient-dense foods to rejuvenate your diet and reverse symptoms of chronic disease.

Robin says: “I have food allergies, my fiancé loves cheesy, carb-rich comfort food, and my two kids both need nutrient-dense toddler and baby-friendly foods. Sometimes my brain just wants to shut down when it comes to meal planning and cooking for us all!”

She’s figured out a system to stay sane and feed delicious, healthy foods that everyone enjoys.
