The January Newsletter for the Eugene Chapter, Weston A. Price Foundation is coming a little later than usual, due to a big project at work that kept me busy over the last couple of weekends (yes, I have a real job in addition to this volunteer work!).
So, belated Happy New Year!

Potluck & Demo:
Our Potluck & Demo is Monday (January 13th). We will discuss the properties of different fats & oils. Where to find, how to use, etc. For our demo, I will demonstrate making lip balm.
DVD Showing:
“The Popcorn Review” DVD showing this month will be “Maintaining Joint Health As We Age”.

- Taught 2 (3-hour each) Classes
- Tabled at 2 events
- Wrote 12 Newsletters (94 individual posts!)
- Presented at the Portland Regional Weston A. Price Conference
- Mailed Kraut Pounders around the world
- Answered uncounted bazillions of emails
