This is a great class for anyone who wants to understand more about the entire sourdough process. From the science of sourdough, to how to start your own sourdough starter, to all my tips and techniques for getting the perfect loaf every time. This class has it all!

Materials
After class, students receive a 30 page PDF of the presentation with all my tips and tricks, recipes and resources, and the tools and equipment that are sure to make you a successful sourdough baker! I think you will be surprised at how much you get for the price!
Who Should Take This Class?
This virtual class is open to anyone! After registering, you’ll receive a unique link & password to access the workshop. You’ll be able to ask questions, interact with the teacher and engage with other students during class, and a replay will be available to watch again for all enrolled students.
