Sandor Ellix Katz will be lecturing in Eugene on November16th at 5:30 pm at the University of Oregon, 150 Columbia Hall. The title of his lecture is “Fermentation: Coevolution, Culture, and Community.” Sandor is the author of The Art of Fermentation and Wild Fermentation: The Flavor, Nutrition, and Craft of Live-Culture Foods.
