The Eugene Chapter is a Volunteer-Run Organization
Please consider volunteering a little of your time. We have room in this organization for all types of skills and involvement level.
Here are a few things that I have thought of:
- Host a potluck
- Host a Community Food Preparation Event
- Post flyers around town about events
- Contact local radio and newspapers about events
- Pack and ship Kraut Pounders
- Help with organization
- Plan food preparation classes
- Teach classes
- Survey local farms and ranches
- Prepare local food buying guide
- Volunteer to mentor a new person
- And more… If you have other ideas just let us know.
