From the Editor:

Happy New Year!

Last week I was holding my (50 lb.) 5 year old son in my arms while we watched the mechanic replace a headlight in our vehicle. I stepped backwards and tripped over a parking lot curb. I fell over backwards with my son on top of me, hitting my tailbone, back and head, hard on the asphalt. My son is fine (I cushioned his fall), my cranio-sacral therapist says I probably have a concussion.

I am going to try to keep the events and my work on the newsletter this month as simple and easy on myself as possible. Sometimes it takes a whack on the head to tell you to take it easy.
