Food Demo:
This month the food demo will be a surprise, because I haven’t figured out what to demo yet. Next month we are discussing meats!
The demo will take place at the beginning of the potluck, so please try to come on time.
Directions:
From Eugene, take highway 99 North to Junction City. Hwy 99 turns into Ivy. Turn Left onto 6th Ave. Turn Right onto Nyssa. Turn Left on W 7th Place. Their house is the 4th house on the left.

 We had a great potluck in July! Whenever we have around a dozen or more people at the potluck, the food selections are just wonderful! We never do any organizing of who is to bring what, it just works.
For those of you who missed it, here are some photos.
A few of the recipes included: fresh green salads, homemade Caesar dressing, grass-fed beef, green beans with bacon, sea beans, several types of ferments, white beans, salmon, crackers, and we finished the meal with coconut pudding, fresh berries, and homemade ice cream!

This month, Lisa will demonstrate making Salad Dressing. She will demonstrate several varieties of simple and delicious salad dressings. She will also bring the Beet Kvass she made at the potluck last month for everyone to sample (it’s been hard resisting the temptation to drink it all!).
