The title says it all! Sarah Popes’ 2013 Wise Traditions conference presentation of “Transitioning Your Family to Nutrient-Dense Foods Quickly and Practically in a Manner that Won’t Break the Budget” draws on her 12 years of experience as a Weston Price Chapter leader.  In it she lays out  4  simple step’s to transition a busy family into a nutrient dense diet  that brings quick results, and doesn’t break the budget.  These steps require minimal time and change by a possibly skeptical family, and can ultimately bring more peace into the home.  Don’t miss this presentation.

Transitioning a family to nutrient dense traditional foods may seem overwhelming at first, but it can actually be very simple and budget friendly if the right approach is used with the most important Traditional Foods prioritized appropriately. Sarah shares a simple, three step plan that she has used for over 10 years in her local community as a Nutrition Educator for quickly transitioning the entire household (even picky eaters) to the most important nutrient dense foods with no complaining! She also identifies which whole food strategies to avoid and which foods are critically important to get right first to avoid the discouragement trap.
