“REAL Recipes to Win Friends and Influence Others”
by Tara Rayburn
A Presentation from Wise Traditions 2011, 12th Annual Conference

Friday, February 24th, 2012
DVD begins at 6:30 PM
Please come early.

Location:
Market of Choice
67 West 29th, Eugene
Upstairs in the Community Room

Tara Rayburn doesn’t discuss “recipes” in the sense of 1 cup of this and 1 TBS of that.  She discusses ideas and concepts about making your meals more nutrient-dense.  She gives lots of suggestions on making food appealing to children, family and friends who are not familiar with traditional foods.  She presents many gluten-free and dairy-free dishes, and has a wonderful attitude about allowing everyone to start where they are and slowly make changes towards healthy eating.

Tara Rayburn is the Healthy Habit Coach.  She is a speaker, author, Weston A. Price Chapter Leader in Las Vegas, REAL food blogger, creator of Nourishing Your Family, wife and a Mom-on-a-Mission. Her lifelong health journey started in childhood and accelerated after her two children were born with severe food & environmental allergies. She began using Weston A. Price principles in 2002 to help her family heal through nutrition and natural methods. By merging old world wisdom with modern day challenges, Tara inspires each individual to make just one change. She illustrates how just one change creates a healthy ripple spreading not only within your family, but throughout the world.

Tara is releasing a new book “Essential Gluten-Free Recipes – Simple*Nutrient Rich*Essential Oil Infused” this year through Life Science Publishing.
