I have been in practice for four years, and I love educating people about healthier eating especially about healthy fats! WAPF is way ahead of the curve in this area. We use bone broth at home on a weekly basis, and I recommend this for many of my clients. For my clients that can tolerate grains, I love sharing the traditional WAPF methods that promote properly prepared grains, nuts and seeds so my clients can get the most out of their diet. We often make Beet Kvas or Sauerkraut, and I share these recipes with clients since fermented foods make a huge difference in gut and immune health.

People always want to put me in a box. They want to know are you a paleo nutritionist, 100% WAPF, raw foods, vegan etc.? Honestly, it all comes down to bio-individuality. No one client is the same or has the same goals. So, I customize my protocol for each person. I do not take a cookie cutter approach! I have a comprehensive assessment process that looks at food journal, health history, and an on line assessment plus I use a functional evaluation or energy testing to further evaluate a client’s strengths and imbalances. I definitely read, study, disperse and recommend WAPF materials, web site, classes etc. In any given client protocol, I will have WAPF friendly information, materials, recipes etc. I have attended a few popcorn reviews, but the times often do not work for my family. I am the proud mother of two wonderful, healthy, beautiful girls ages 9 and 12 and have been married to my wonderful husband Chris who I met in the Peace Corps many years ago. I try to achieve balance in my life as this makes me a better practitioner and role model for my family!

Everyone needs nutritional therapy. I work with all ages and stages

Once you get your body chemistry in balance and find the diet that works for you, you will feel great and all other modalities (acupuncture, chiropractic etc.) will work better. It is never too early, and it is never too late to prevent your symptoms from turning into conditions and serious health problems. Symptoms are your body’s way of talking with you and getting your attention. I can be your personal detective to figure out the imbalances behind your symptoms and work together to correct what is out of whack! I am taking new clients!

See you soon.
