Description:

In light of the tremendous rise in birth defects, autism, learning disabilities, autoimmunity and cancer in children living in industrialized nations, especially the U.S., it is imperative that preconception couples take preparation for conception seriously. Mindful conception is just that. It is preparatory, calculating and intentional. Preparatory involves proper gentle detoxification. Calculating considers proper child spacing. Intentional requires optimal nutrition using real food?foods known for their ability to support hormone function and encourage healthy offspring. Join Kim as she shares how to pursue a healthy pregnancy and begin life well for your children.
