October 2016: From the Editor

dsc09259Hi all,

Welcome to Autumn!

I know, I didn’t get a September newsletter out.  It’s been a rough last couple of months and this is the best I can do right now.

Upcoming Eugene Chapter Events:

Potluck Host Needed!

Eugene Chapter, Weston A. Price Foundation is an all VOLUNTEER organization.  So if you’d like to see more happen, please let us know what you’d like to contribute.

Right now we need a volunteer to host our October potluck.  If you can offer your house, please contact our potluck coordinator, Megan radzillameg@gmail.com to arrange a time that works for you.

Examples of other tasks that we do or need done see: Get Involved

GAPS Support Group:

Throughout 2012-2015 Cherie Anello, NTP offered regular Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) Support Group meetings. Due to an injury, she has not been able to offer these since mid 2015.

Thankfully, Mary Ruddick has offered to take over the task.  The GAPS Support Group will begin holding monthly meetings on October 6th.

Instagram Post: French Fries

I posted about making french fries using beef tallow, and thought you might like to see it.
