Our topic is Meat: Where to buy, what to look for, how to prepare… and more.
For our demo we will look at how to use the bones and fat you may get when you order a side or quarter of beef.

Thursday, November 7th: GAPS Support Group
“We will be making sauerkraut as a group so please bring cutting board, large bowl, Kraut pounder, cabbage, salt, whey, juniper or caraway seeds if you would like to participate. We have several new people attending so if counter space runs low I would love the more experience in our group to buddy up and assist someone that is making kraut for the first time.”
