OSU Extension Classes

This comes to us from an alert local member.  The OSU Extension is holding food preparation classes this Spring and Summer. I haven’t attended any so I cannot vouch for the methods covered. The Extension is known for their focus on food safety rather than nutrition, but it should have some good basic information. If their recommendations conflict with those in Nourishing Traditions, I always suggest following Nourishing Traditions.
