Welcome to the new format for the Eugene Chapter Newsletter! Its a new year and we are making some changes around here. We have changed to a blog format which will hopefully make my life easier (so I don’t have to code the newsletters individually in HTML), and allow you, our readers, to navigate easily and make comments.
I will be making changes as I get to know this new system and as time permits. Please take some time to explore what is here so far and send feedback about how you like the new format.
Fun with Fermentation Festival:
The Eugene Chapter staffed a booth and the second annual Fun with Fermentation Festival last month. It was so nice meeting many of you there. We signed up a page and a half of new members to this newsletter! Wow! We hope you enjoy your stay.
